When sublimate a conical cup we must be very careful when placing it in the resistance also with a special shape. We need a little more time and temperature because of its peculiar shape it is more difficult to obtain a uniform heat throughout its area.

It is IMPORTANT to sublimate a Frosted Beer Stein to reduce the excessive heat of the first heating of the Mug press to sublimate Frosted Beer Stein to avoid damaging the polymer.
Pressure should be medium and we should not have air currents near heat press that can cause Frosted Beer Stein to be damaged or broken.

Trucker Hat

To sublimate caps it is necessary that trucker hat is as stretched as possible, so that the paper has good contact with the surface of the fabric.

As with sublimate Polyester shirt, when we sublimate a cushion of polyester fabric it is necessary to protect with the brown teflon fabric to avoid stains on your garment.
If it has a zipper it is advisable to leave it outside of heat press area so that it does not get in the way of contact of sublimation paper with the cushion.

When we sublimate polyester ribbon for sublimated bracelets we can use an aerosol glue that is repositionable and thus prevent ribbon from moving when ironing.
We can seal the edges of the bracelets with a lighter to prevent them from fraying at the time of use.

When we sublimate 3M Reflective or Reflective Self-Adhesive Vinyl, we must leave a blank margin with respect to the design to be sublimated, so that the sublimation sheet protects from excessive heat and can damage the vinyl or wrinkle.
We must always use Teflon Sheet to avoid that excessive heat in our sublimable vinyl.

Glitter Heat Transfer Vinyl has the necessary composition to sublimate it, first we need to apply it on the garment and then sublimate it.
Pressure should be a little high because of its rough texture can intervene with the good contact of the sublimation paper with the Glitter HTV.
